OptiSite uses a sophisticated automatic least cost model to allocate work to resources (e.g. calls to depots). For example, it can take into account the relative drive-time costs per mile versus and the investment needed to open, close or run additional depots, dealerships or field force workers, each with specific capacities. OptiSite is usually a two tier system, but is also available to work on a three tier model (e.g. manufacturing site, regional distribution centre, customer). More »
Territory Manager
Territory Manager automatically creates territories, balancing many user-defined factors at once. The user can weight the importance of the different factors (e.g. equal numbers of customers vs. prospects) and can specify whether contiguous areas are needed, a certain number of areas are to be built, or that areas are centred around specified poles (e.g. locations of depots or engineer bases). MM StreetServicer is primarily designed to meet the unique demands of high density neighbourhood collection, delivery and service operations, e.g. waste collection, home delivery, door-drop media distribution etc. It creates routes (and mini-territories) efficiently scheduling multiple calls on the same roads or streets, whether by vehicle or on foot.
