Territory Management / Optimisation Software

Which software solution is right for your operation?

The MapMechanics range of routing and territory management products all help you optimise the allocation of work to resources, defining depot areas, creating rounds, routes, lanes and territories and helping you determine how many sites / territories you need and where they should be located.

OptiSite

OptiSite uses a sophisticated automatic least cost model to allocate work to resources (e.g. calls to depots). For example, it can take into account the relative drive-time costs per mile versus and the investment needed to open, close or run additional depots, dealerships or field force workers, each with specific capacities. OptiSite is usually a two tier system, but is also available to work on a three tier model (e.g. manufacturing site, regional distribution centre, customer). More »

Territory Manager

Territory Manager automatically creates territories, balancing many user-defined factors at once. The user can weight the importance of the different factors (e.g. equal numbers of customers vs. prospects) and can specify whether contiguous areas are needed, a certain number of areas are to be built, or that areas are centred around specified poles (e.g. locations of depots or engineer bases). MM Territories Pro

MM Territories Pro was initially developed specifically for those carrying our door-drop deliveries. This semi-automatic solution, provides a quick, easy way to divide large areas of the country into individual delivery rounds or routes, each nested within user-defined container areas such as postcode sectors. You might choose to balance the number of delivery points, for example, and automatically generate named territories, with associated maps and street lists. More »

MM StreetServicer

MM StreetServicer is primarily designed to meet the unique demands of high density neighbourhood collection, delivery and service operations, e.g. waste collection, home delivery, door-drop media distribution etc. It creates routes (and mini-territories) efficiently scheduling multiple calls on the same roads or streets, whether by vehicle or on foot. StreetServicer defines individual routes, numbers of operatives required and the mileage and labour needed to service an area. More »
